Yes, you can store as many inactive/terminated employee records as you need. This allows you to maintain and retrieve data from these accounts at any time. Inactive/Terminated records do not count toward your employee license so when an employee is marked as such, the software automatically creates an opening for a new hire.
Can SoftTime Online allow my company to have as many users as we want?
Yes, you can have as many users as needed, or you can even utilize it as a single-user. You can also customize the level of access for each user.
Can SoftTime Online allow me to set up multiple locations that earn time differently?
